• Starting in August, we trained our subgroup members with a bootcamp.

  • Create presentations

  • Understand finances and accounting

Our sponsorship team has put in work this year to acquire funding. So far, we’ve been involved in: 

• Cold emailing potential sponsors to establish connections

• In-person presentation to companies to secure support

• Acquiring grants to expand funding opportunities

• Standardized templates for efficient communication

• Consistent follow-ups to strengthen relationships

• Starting this season, Thyssenkrupp is a Platinum sponsor of our team!

• Team presented to executives of company and demoed our robot

• Received valuable mentorship from employees of Thyssenkrupp. 

• Magna has been a Diamond sponsor since March of last year

• Provided a laser printer and resources to support our team

• Invited us to participate in their new docu-series, MindGames!

• Sent monthly updates through a newsletter
